What should I do if the self-test is positive?
What do you have to do?

- Go into isolation, so stay at home and avoid contact with your housemates as much as possible.
- Do not receive visitors.
- Make an appointment immediately for a retest at the GGD via 0800-1202 or via www.coronatest.nl. You will remain in isolation at home until the results of the retest are known.
- If the retest is also positive, the GGD will start the source and contact investigation together with you.

A self-test is less reliable than the test at the GGD test location. Because of this, there is a chance that your positive result is a false alarm. If the retest at the GGD is negative, you may be released from isolation.
